Mechanical Design

The majority of our mechanical design involves creating enclosures, clamps and brackets for the products we manufacture. We use various 2D and 3D cad tool services to create concept design and to apply innovative thinking.

Intelligent ergonomics are important for a successful user experience. Product durability, temperature of operation and waterproofing are some of the many considerations in our designs. Material selection is a carefully thought-out process and a range of metals and plastics are used to create the finished product.

We provide various manufacturing processes, some of which are CNC machining, sheet metalwork, plastic moulding, anodising and printing.
